CEVA Logistics becomes premium partner of Scuderia Ferrari HP and Ferrari Hypercar

CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, has signed a new multi-year agreement with Ferrari to continue its logistics relationship as Official Logistics Provider and Premium Partner of both Scuderia Ferrari HP and – new for 2026 – Ferrari Hypercar.

Under the new contract, CEVA will continue to manage comprehensive logistics for Scuderia Ferrari HP while adding support to Ferrari’s Hypercar motorsports activities.

CEVA’s support includes routing, transport modes, transport provider selection, customs clearance and emergency protocols – all with a vision to propose more sustainable, low carbon solutions and reduce emissions. Outrider launches first enterprise-class support services for driverless yard operations

Einride to go public through SPAC with Legato at $1.8 billion valuation, targeting NYSE listing

Einride, the Sweden-founded developer of digital, electric and autonomous freight technology, plans to go public through a business combination with Legato Merger Corp. III (NYSEAMERICAN: LEGT), valuing the company at $1.8 billion and aiming for a New York Stock Exchange listing in the first half of 2026, according to the companies.

A spokesperson for Einride said: “Today, Einride, a leading technology company specializing in autonomous and electric freight operations, and Legato Merger Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), announced their plans to go public through a SPAC deal and a $1.8 billion valuation, and be listed on NYSE.”

Grubhub expands partnership with Avride to bring autonomous delivery robots to its marketplace

Grubhub is expanding its partnership with Avride to launch a robot delivery pilot for customers ordering from Wonder’s Jersey City location.

The initiative marks the first time Grubhub has offered autonomous delivery in its marketplace outside of college campuses – and the first time Wonder is bringing robot delivery to its customers.

During the pilot, customers can place orders from Wonder’s Jersey City location through the Grubhub platform as usual. If an eligible delivery address is within a set range of the restaurant, they will have the option to choose delivery via an Avride robot. Evocargo launches UAE’s first commercial unmanned cargo transportation
