SVT Robotics surpasses four billion transactions on its Softbot automation platform

June 30, 2026 by Sam Francis

SVT Robotics, a leader in interoperability software that provides the data foundation for enterprise and physical AI, has announced that its Softbot Platform has surpassed four billion transactions, underscoring the scale, resilience, and performance of the infrastructure it delivers worldwide.

With transaction volumes now totaling 100 million to 130 million per week and accelerating, SVT expects to exceed eight billion lifetime transactions by the end of 2026, as demand for resilient automation infrastructure and AI-ready operational data expands.

“What began as an integration challenge has evolved into a critical need for resilient infrastructure that provides real-time visibility across technologies, facilities, and workflows, while generating the high-fidelity data required for industrial AI,” said A.K. Schultz, CEO and co-founder of SVT Robotics. “Reaching four billion transactions emphasizes that growing need in large-scale operations.” [Read more…] about SVT Robotics surpasses four billion transactions on its Softbot automation platform

Automation is Leaving the Factory Floor and Moving into the Back Office

June 26, 2026 by Sam Francis

For decades, automation had a definite home. It lived on the factory floor, in the warehouse, and along the production line, where robots and programmable systems handled physical, repetitive tasks with precision that no human could compete with. This story is well understood by anyone in the industry.

What is less discussed is where automation goes next. The same logic that transformed manufacturing, that repetitive rule-based work should be handled by machines, is now moving into a place few associate with robotics: the ordinary business processes that run a company. And a new generation of AI agents is driving the shift. [Read more…] about Automation is Leaving the Factory Floor and Moving into the Back Office

How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Enterprise Customer Loyalty in 2026

May 21, 2026 by Sam Francis

AI and automation are changing how enterprises build and maintain customer loyalty in 2026.

Companies now use predictive analytics, agentic AI, and real-time personalization to retain customers, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value, moving well beyond points-based rewards programs.

In this guide, we’ll break down how these tools are reshaping loyalty across three areas: churn prevention, personalization at scale, and the shift toward invisible, emotionally driven loyalty experiences. [Read more…] about How AI and Automation Are Reshaping Enterprise Customer Loyalty in 2026

How to Shortlist Data Engineering Services Providers: A Side-by-Side Evaluation Guide

May 11, 2026 by David Edwards

Article Overview

  • Evaluate data engineering services by moving beyond price to focus on governance and low-latency logic.
  • Select data engineering companies that prioritize business outcomes and unit economics over simple data movement.
  • Audit data engineering services providers using side-by-side comparisons of technical depth and long-term infrastructure.

Why is your most expensive data infrastructure still producing your least trusted insights?

It’s the question that haunts the late-night project post-mortems. You’ve checked every box on the modern data stack; the cloud migration is complete, the lakehouse is integrated, and the RFP was won by a firm with a global footprint. Yet, when a real-time churn prediction is needed, your data scientists admit they’re working off a manual CSV because the automated pipeline is too brittle to trust.

The enterprise market is currently crawling with data engineering companies that are essentially just order-takers. They’ll win your RFP on price, check every box in your technical requirements, and then build a $2 million pipe to nowhere that lacks the governance or low-latency logic your AI strategy actually requires. How to Run LLM Evaluation for Better AI Performance

April 10, 2026 by Sam Francis

Production AI systems embedded in automated workflows, robotics-assisted operations, customer support systems, and compliance environments carry measurable behavioral risk that increases proportionally with deployment scope and model autonomy.

In such settings, the behavior of the large language model must conform to defined operational, policy, and compliance standards.

Deploying a model without structured evaluation introduces quantifiable risk, particularly in decision-support, documentation, and customer communication workflows where output errors carry downstream liability. [Read more…] about How to Run LLM Evaluation for Better AI Performance

SVT Robotics launches ‘Softbot Intelligence’ to power AI with real-time automation data

April 10, 2026 by Sam Francis

SVT Robotics, a developer of interoperability software, has launched its “Softbot Intelligence” platform, a new data capability that transforms how organizations see and leverage performance data across live automation environments.

Built on the Softbot Platform, Softbot Intelligence captures and contextualizes real-time execution data as it flows through integrated technologies, creating the high-fidelity data backbone required for reliable, AI-driven outcomes.

As the Softbot Platform orchestrates execution events across robotics, software, and enterprise systems, Softbot Intelligence continuously captures and correlates these events with millisecond-level precision – revealing relationships, dependencies, and cause-and-effect between technologies. Using Copilot to predict business outcomes

March 19, 2026 by Sam Francis

The turn of the century marked a transition, going from filing cabinets to databases. While we often saw this as a way to be more accurate and efficient, it wasn’t until data science become ubiquitous, even among small companies, that the true power will lie in being able to manipulate and analyze the now digitized data.

Then, the rise of generative AI and tools like Microsoft Copilot have brought about a new shift, where non-technical owners aren’t just recording the past or assessing the present, but predicting the future. [Read more…] about Using Copilot to predict business outcomes
