June 30, 2026 by Sam Francis

SVT Robotics, a leader in interoperability software that provides the data foundation for enterprise and physical AI, has announced that its Softbot Platform has surpassed four billion transactions, underscoring the scale, resilience, and performance of the infrastructure it delivers worldwide.

With transaction volumes now totaling 100 million to 130 million per week and accelerating, SVT expects to exceed eight billion lifetime transactions by the end of 2026, as demand for resilient automation infrastructure and AI-ready operational data expands.

“What began as an integration challenge has evolved into a critical need for resilient infrastructure that provides real-time visibility across technologies, facilities, and workflows, while generating the high-fidelity data required for industrial AI,” said A.K. 6 Best Virtual Data Rooms for Secure Due Diligence and Deal Management

June 8, 2026 by Sam Francis

Global dealmaking is getting more concentrated. Specifically, transactions are becoming fewer in number but more complex. Global M&A value rose 43% to $4.7 trillion last year.

At the same time, volumes remained flat with large transactions driving the activity. Dealmaking accounted for 4.2% of global market value, up from 3.3% the previous year. This reflects sustained momentum in high-value transactions.

Greater deal complexity puts more weight on collaboration, compliance, and data security. Thus, execution infrastructure matters as much as the deal itself. [Read more…] about 6 Best Virtual Data Rooms for Secure Due Diligence and Deal Management

Shadow IT: Risks, Realities, and How to Manage it

May 28, 2026 by Sam Francis

Shadow IT refers to tools, services, and resources that employees use without approval from the main IT department or security team.

For example, an employee may store company files in a personal cloud account or use an external password manager because it feels more convenient, even though these services are not part of the organization’s approved toolset.

Shadow IT remains common. In one Capterra survey, 57 percent of small and medium-sized businesses reported that employees used unapproved software or services at work. [Read more…] about Shadow IT: Risks, Realities, and How to Manage it

Matter Management Software vs. Case Management Software: Key Differences

May 22, 2026 by Sam Francis

The Scaling Problem No Ad Agency Talks About – and How Quamly Corp. Solves it Across the U.S. Market

May 6, 2026 by David Edwards

Most growing businesses know the moment. Sales are climbing, the team is bigger than last quarter, and marketing is humming. On paper, everything’s on track. Then something quietly slips.

Nothing breaks loudly. No error message, no obvious mistake. The business grows, but the operations behind it can’t keep up. Marketing runs one playbook. Finance runs another. Nobody has the full picture, and nobody has time to go looking for it.

This is the part most ad agencies skip. They report on impressions, clicks, and conversion rates, and that’s where the contract ends. The harder stuff sits underneath: slow refunds, mismatched reports, partner payouts arriving late and wrong. [Read more…] about The Scaling Problem No Ad Agency Talks About – and How Quamly Corp.
