How Machine Learning Helps Improve Fleet Safety

March 16, 2023 by Abdul Montaqim

Artificial intelligence is one of those technical buzzwords that has captivated the press and is being discussed in practically every facet of life.

A subset of artificial intelligence known as machine learning, in particular, may assist building and construction fleet operators in optimizing fleet performance while preserving safety as a primary concern.

As roads become increasingly dangerous, safety directors face a challenging task: sifting through terabytes of information to uncover weaknesses in fleet safety. [Read more…] about How Machine Learning Helps Improve Fleet Safety

What is Data Labeling, and Why is it Important to Artificial Intelligence?

January 11, 2023 by Mark Allinson

Data labeling is the process of identifying and tagging items in data samples. The process can be manual or through designated software. The labels tagged on the different class items must be unique, descriptive, and independent to provide a unique sequence, also called an algorithm.

In machine learning, data labeling adds meaningful labels to the identified raw data so that the machine learning model can learn from the data.

Image annotation tools are software that simplifies the process of data annotation and labeling through structured datasets that are used to train computer vision algorithms. You can use the tools on any form of raw data, such as texts, images, databases, and formats such as PowerPoint presentations or whiteboards. What Impact Does Artificial Intelligence Have on VPN Technology?

November 12, 2022 by Mark Allinson

Artificial intelligence is no longer the sole domain of science fiction. Machine learning can be found in your cell phone, car, the internet, and the offline world. Machine learning looks for patterns to build the next generation of AI.

Any correct guesses are then recorded. This replication process is repeated until the algorithm is self-sufficient. However, there are drawbacks to this form of educational technology, the most obvious of which are our privacy, security, and individuality.

Artificial intelligence can gather information invisibly and access individuals’ private data worldwide. The wealthy and powerful can exploit AI. Currently, it assists governments in developing innovative strategies for censoring online information. [Read more…] about What Impact Does Artificial Intelligence Have on VPN Technology?

FRAI Robotic Technologies demonstrates mobile robotic work cell

November 3, 2022 by Mark Allinson

Automation tasks are becoming ever more challenging. Using intelligent software in combination with the relevant automation solutions not only enables workpieces to be loaded and unloaded but also means that machine tools can be set up fully automatically through automatic replacement of tools and clamping devices.

FRAI Robotic Technologies, an Austrian company which specializes in building tailor-made automation solutions, is developing “highly flexible” robot systems to respond to this trend. Concepts such as the mobileCELL are a complete first and enable a wide range of expansion stages, making them as future-proof and competitive as possible.

Different industries, series production, small batch sizes, a wide variety of machine tools and the uncertainty of many manufacturers as to whether the current product will still be in vogue next year or become a slow seller – all this calls for flexibility in production.
