Amazon acquires delivery robotics startup Rivr to target ‘last-meter’ logistics

March 23, 2026 by Sam Francis

Amazon has reportedly acquired Swiss robotics startup Rivr Technologies, a company developing autonomous robots designed to deliver packages from vans to customers’ doorsteps.

The e-commerce giant has not issued a formal press release about the deal. However, it confirmed the acquisition in communications to delivery partners, saying it had “recently acquired Rivr”, according to reports by Euronews and other media outlets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Rivr, an ETH Zurich spinout, develops quadruped delivery robots capable of navigating real-world environments, including steps, curbs, and uneven terrain. The machines are designed to accompany human drivers and handle the final stage of delivery – often considered one of the most time-consuming and labor-intensive parts of logistics operations. Hexxabotics to unveil honeycomb-based AS/RS with shuttle-style AMRs at LogiMAT

March 23, 2026 by Sam Francis

Hexxabotics is preparing to unveil a new automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) at LogiMAT 2026, combining autonomous mobile robots with a high-density, hexagonal storage architecture. (See video below.)

The system, described by the company as a “next-gen” AS/RS, is built around a modular honeycomb structure designed to maximize cubic storage density while maintaining accessibility across the grid.

At the core of the system are mobile robots – referred to as “Hexxabots” – that operate within the structure, effectively combining the roles of shuttle and autonomous mobile robot. [Read more…] about Hexxabotics to unveil honeycomb-based AS/RS with shuttle-style AMRs at LogiMAT

Dexterity says its physical AI world model ‘unlocks full potential on Nvidia hardware’

March 22, 2026 by Sam Francis

Dexterity.ai, a specialist in industrial robotics and physical AI, has detailed how its production-proven world model, Foresight, is “unlocking new levels of performance” on Nvidia hardware as the company scales in enterprise environments.

Before any action or motion planning can begin, Foresight must build a complete picture of the scene from raw multi-modal sensor data.

Dexterity’s engineering team redesigned the perception pipeline to take full advantage of Nvidia L4 GPUs and TensorRT, reducing it from 1,508 ms to 90 ms per cycle, a 17x speedup across three stages: object decomposition, geometric reconstruction, and physics synthesis. Cheapest SMM Panel for Instagram: Top 10 Platforms (2026)

March 22, 2026 by Sam Francis

Instagram growth is no longer just about posting attractive visuals and waiting for discovery to happen. The platform has become far more competitive, and even strong content can struggle when an account lacks early engagement signals, visible activity, or enough social proof to hold attention.

That is why many creators, agencies, resellers, and small businesses start comparing low-cost promotion platforms before they commit to a long-term growth workflow. The real question is not only where prices look lower, but which platform combines affordability with enough service depth, stability, and usability to support actual campaign goals.

This is where the search for the cheapest smm panel for Instagram becomes more practical than theoretical. Buyers usually want a platform that offers competitive rates without turning every order into a guessing game. Cheap pricing matters, but so do refill logic, service variety, dashboard clarity, support response, and the ability to scale once a test campaign performs well.
