Standard Bots reaches $1 billion valuation after raising $200 million Series C

Standard Bots, which claims to be “America’s largest manufacturer of AI-native, industrial robotics”, has raised $200 million Series C led by existing investors and RoboStrategy.

The fundraise values Standard Bots at $1 billion, marking a major milestone for American robotics at a time when US industry is racing to modernize.

The company is also expanding its manufacturing footprint in New York, increasing its ability to design, assemble, and deploy American-made robots at scale for customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to hundreds of SMB manufacturers across the country.

This expansion comes at a pivotal moment for US manufacturing. Machina Labs raises $124 million to scale manufacturing infrastructure

Machina Labs, an advanced manufacturing and robotics company, has closed a Series C financing totaling $124 million and the development of its first large-scale “Intelligent Factory”.

Woven Capital, Toyota’s growth-stage venture arm, Lockheed Martin Ventures, Balerion Space Ventures, and Strategic Development Fund (SDF) invested in the round.

The funding marks a critical inflection point for Machina Labs as the company scales from breakthrough manufacturing technology to deploying software-defined production infrastructure capable of supporting mission-critical metal structures across defense, aerospace, and advanced mobility. Waabi raises $1 billion to accelerate commercialization of autonomous trucking and expand into robotaxis

Waabi, a developer of autonomous trucks and physical AI, has closed its oversubscribed $750 million Series C round co-led by Khosla Ventures and G2 Venture Partners, and secured an additional milestone-based future investment from Uber to support a new partnership to deploy robotaxis powered by the Waabi Driver exclusively on the Uber platform.

The funding, the largest fundraise in Canadian history, will fuel the continued advancement of Waabi’s Physical AI Platform, further accelerate the company’s commercial progress in autonomous trucking, and support Waabi’s expansion into robotaxis.

Warehouse automation startup Dexory raises $165 million in funding

Dexory, a provider of real-time warehouse intelligence, visibility and autonomous solutions, has raised $165 million.

This milestone reflects the value customers derive from the solution, resulting in strong growth since the company’s Series B in 2024.

Eurazeo, through its Growth team, led the $100 million Series C round, with participation from LTS Growth and Endeavor Catalyst, alongside existing investors DTCP, Atomico, Lakestar, Elaia, Latitude Ventures, Wave-X and others. Figure raises over $1 billion in Series C funding at $39 billion valuation

Humanoid robotics company Figure has secured more than $1 billion in committed capital through its latest Series C financing round, reaching a post-money valuation of $39 billion.

The company said the funding will accelerate its efforts “to bring general-purpose humanoid robots into real-world environments at scale.”

The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital and included significant participation from Brookfield Asset Management, Nvidia, Macquarie Capital, Intel Capital, Align Ventures, Tamarack Global, LG Technology Ventures, Salesforce, T-Mobile Ventures, and Qualcomm Ventures. Cornerstone Robotics raises over $70 million to commercialize its robotic surgery system

Cornerstone Robotics, a developer of surgical robotics, has raised over $70 million in Series C financing led by EQT with participation from Qiming Venture Partners, Alpha JWC Ventures, the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund, eGarden Ventures, CTS Funds, K2VC, Long-Z Capital, and others.

This funding will accelerate the company’s efforts in advancing the commercialization process, developing new surgical robotics products, conducting clinical trials, obtaining regulatory approvals, and promoting global adoption of advanced robotic surgical solutions.

In addition to receiving funding from a group of prominent investors, the company headquartered in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, also received investment from the Innovation and Technology Venture Fund under the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
