Roboworx adds AI-powered predictive analytics to its Robot Service Manager software

Roboworx, a robot field service organization, has launched advanced artificial intelligence-powered predictive analytics capabilities for its Robot Service Manager (RSM) software.

This new predictive analytics capability moves robot maintenance from a reactive “break-fix” model to a more proactive, data-driven approach, reducing downtime, extending the robot’s useful life, and accelerating promised return on investment.

Corvus Robotics launches new drones for autonomous inventory in sub-zero warehouses

Corvus Robotics, a provider of physical AI robotic systems including drones for logistics and warehousing operations, has launched the Corvus One for Cold Chain, an autonomous inventory management system engineered to operate continuously in freezer environments ranging from minus-20 degrees Fahrenheit to ambient temperatures.

Gather AI raises $40 million to scale its physical AI platform for global logistics

Gather AI, a startup developing physical AI for logistics, has raised $40 million in Series B funding led by Smith Point Capital Management.

The investment includes participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, Bling Capital, Dundee Venture Capital, XRC Ventures, and new investor The Hillman Company. To date, the company has raised $74 million.

FFR is focused on advancing on-orbit robotic manipulation capabilities and supporting NASA’s broader In-space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) objectives.

Yokogawa and ANYbotics to integrate OpreX robot management software with robotic inspection solutions

Yokogawa Electric, a Japan-based multinational specializing in industrial control and automation, and ANYbotics, a Swiss provider of industrial inspection robots, have signed a partnership agreement which will see Yokogawa’s OpreX Robot Management Core software integrated with the software stack of ANYbotics’ lineup of ANYmal robots, including the ANYmal X explosion-proof robot.

By integrating the management of explosion- and non-explosion-proof robots that conduct autonomous inspections of industrial facilities, the two companies aim to develop new opportunities in the oil & gas, power, and metals industries.

OpreX Robot Management Core is a key product in Yokogawa’s robot solutions. ABB launches ‘Automation Extended’ to help industries modernize control systems without disruption

Machina Labs raises $124 million to scale manufacturing infrastructure

Machina Labs, an advanced manufacturing and robotics company, has closed a Series C financing totaling $124 million and the development of its first large-scale “Intelligent Factory”.

Vexlum raises €10 million to scale semiconductor and laser manufacturing

Vexlum, a manufacturer of advanced semiconductor lasers for high-impact applications, has announced it has secured €10 million in funding to scale its proprietary semiconductor chip manufacturing and laser technology operations in Finland.

The round consists of €6 million in equity investment led by Kvanted, with participation from Finnish state-owned Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd) and the EIC Fund, alongside a €2.4 million grant from the EIC Accelerator, and a €1.6 million loan from Nordea.
