STMicroelectronics and Leopard Imaging launch Nvidia Jetson-ready vision module for humanoid robots

STMicroelectronics and Leopard Imaging have introduced an all-in-one multimodal vision module for humanoid and other advanced robotics systems.

Combining ST imaging, 3D scene-mapping, and motion sensing with the Nvidia Holoscan Sensor Bridge technology, the module integrates natively with Nvidia Jetson and Nvidia Isaac open robot development platform, simplifying and accelerating vision system design within the size, weight, and power constraints of humanoid robots.

Tesollo launches compact humanoid robotic hand aimed at growing high-DoF robotics market

Tesollo, a specialist in robotic grippers, has launched a new compact humanoid robotic hand designed to expand adoption of high-degree-of-freedom manipulation systems in humanoid robots.

The new device – called the DG-5F-S – is a miniaturized, lightweight version of the company’s existing DG-5F-M robotic hand and is intended to make advanced robotic manipulation easier to integrate into a wider range of humanoid platforms.

The robotic hand is built on a five-finger architecture with 20 degrees of freedom (DoF), enabling precise grasping and dexterous manipulation required for humanoid robots operating in complex environments. XELA Robotics unlocks enhanced automation for humanoid and industrial robots

XELA Robotics presented its uSkin 3D tactile sensing technology at CES 2026, showing how advanced touch sensing can improve manipulation and automation in humanoid and industrial robots.

The Tokyo-based company, which focuses on tactile sensor hardware and software, demonstrated uSkin integrated into robotic hands and grippers, highlighting how robots can detect contact forces, object shape, and movement within a grasp.
