Korea Association of Robot Industry to operate Korea Pavilion at Automate Show

The Korea Association of Robot Industry (KAR) says it will be operating a “Korea Pavilion” at the Automate Show, which starts in a couple of days. Nine Korean companies will feature their products in Korea Pavilion located in booth number 3250 and 3452.

KAR has participated in many trade shows held in Europe and East Asia for the decades, but it has never participated in Automate or any other trade shows held in the US.

While China remains the largest market for Korean robot companies with exports worth of $319 million, The United States is the second-largest market with exports amounting to $204 million, according to the Korean Robot Industry Survey. Körber Supply Chain says it has “solved” the pallet-to-tray issues many warehouses face – the company has developed a new “turnkey system solution” for de-palletizing pallets to trays.

With the launch of a new de-palletization system, Körber Supply Chain claims it has become “the first supplier of automated logistics solutions to offer a total turnkey solution for the separation of goods from pallet to tray”.

Locus Robotics to provide AMRs for optical products distribution specialist

Rotary partners with TEXA to offer new ADAS solutions

Rotary, part of Vehicle Service Group (VSG) and Dover, has agreed a partnership with TEXA, a company involved in the design, development and production of diagnostic tools for the vehicle repair industry.

The companies say the partnership will enable Rotary to expand its automotive service offerings.
