8 Smart home technology upgrades that increase the value of your home

April 28, 2021 by Liv

With each passing year, more and more people decide to invite technology into their homes. Smart locks, security cameras, and voice assistants are only a few examples from the list of technologies that have recently grown in popularity among homeowners.

Adding technology to a home can significantly increase its value. In Sarasota, Florida – which had been trending toward a sellers market – the Covid pandemic stalled the increase in home values.

Homeowners are taking steps to compensate for this – garage door repair in Sarasota, for example – and adding technology is another good way to compensate for this dip in the market. [Read more…] about 8 Smart home technology upgrades that increase the value of your home
