SICK unveils new smart service web application for better data visualization

June 15, 2022 by David Edwards Leave a Comment

Effective and timely condition monitoring is essential to the success of any factory or logistics center. But how do you accurately monitor machinery to know when maintenance is required before a fault occurs?

To solve this challenge, SICK has launched a new product called Monitoring Box that enables access to sensor data for cloud-based condition monitoring.

Monitoring Box is a new Smart Service web application from SICK. It visualizes status data from SICK sensors, offering customers added value from previously unused sensor data. [Read more…] about SICK unveils new smart service web application for better data visualization

hong kong port-img-1 copy

The United States government is calling for goods made or exported to the US from Hong Kong to be relabelled “Made in China”, according to a report on the South China Morning Post.

The measure, to be introduced by US President Donald Trump, does not appear to need Congressional approval or any kind of vote.

It will mean that Hong Kong companies exporting to the US will be required to pay the same kind of punitive tariffs currently placed on goods arriving in America from mainland China. [Read more…] about US demands Hong Kong-made goods be relabelled ‘Made in China’
