How Video AI is Revolutionizing Customer Service and Engagement

October 23, 2024 by Mark Allinson

By Veljko Petrović

With new technology, there are new methods of marketing. Once the internet was invented, fax machines were obsolete. In the same manner, the rise of AI has brought a lot of innovation to the world of marketing.

While we can’t call AI a type of marketing technology, it can streamline and improve many marketing processes.

It’s believed that AI can perform a lot of tasks better than humans. This is debatable, but it’s certain that AI completes a lot of tasks faster than we do.

Create Professional-Sounding Audio in a British Accent Using Text-to-Speech Technology

May 3, 2023 by Mark Allinson

Text-to-speech (TTS) technology has come a long way in recent years, and it can now be used to create professional-sounding audio with a British accent.

With text-to-speech technology, you can generate realistic-sounding voices perfect for podcasts, videos, radio broadcasts or any other type of audio production.

The best part is that the process is incredibly simple – all you have to do is enter your script into the software’s text box and select the desired British accent from the list of available options. Infineon and Reality AI teach cars how to ‘hear’

June 1, 2021 by Sam Francis

Today’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are based on cameras, radar or lidar. As a result, their target objects need to be within the line of sight to be recognized by the system.

This, however, turns into a weakness when it comes to emergency vehicles – they can be heard much earlier than they can be seen and thus are invisible to ADAS for a longer time.

To address this challenge, Infineon Technologies together with Reality AI created an advanced sensing solution giving vehicles the sense of hearing. [Read more…] about Infineon and Reality AI teach cars how to ‘hear’

Ford installs team of collaborative robots on Fiesta assembly line

September 26, 2019 by David Edwards

Automaker Ford has for the first time introduced a team of collaborative robots that works alongside engineers in Cologne, Germany, to ensure every Ford Fiesta has a perfect finish.

The six cobots complete a choreographed sequence to sand the entire body surface in just 35 seconds. The initiative does not replace employees but allows operators to use their time on more complex tasks and avoid suffering the strains associated with performing repetitive tasks.

Dennis Kuhn, senior manufacturing engineer, paint shop, Ford of Europe, says: “The cobots can feel when more force needs to be applied, just like we can, and they can more easily get to hard-to-reach places, like the centre of the roof.” [Read more…] about Ford installs team of collaborative robots on Fiesta assembly line
