Key Factors to Consider Before Adding Smart-Contract Assets to Your Portfolio

December 24, 2025 by David Edwards

Smart-contract platforms like Ethereum have transformed blockchain from simple transactions to programmable finance, powering DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized apps.

Adding assets like ETH to your portfolio offers exposure to this innovation, and for those looking to buy Ethereum, this means direct access to scalability upgrades and real-world adoption.

In 2025’s evolving digital economy, these assets promise growth through scalability upgrades and real-world adoption. But volatility remains high, with 5-10% swings common. [Read more…] about Key Factors to Consider Before Adding Smart-Contract Assets to Your Portfolio

Investors warn ‘AI hype is fueling a bubble in humanoid robotics’

December 17, 2025 by David Edwards

Many humanoid robotics companies backed by investors face fundamental challenges with cost and reliability that will not be solved any time soon, a report by CB Insights suggests. According to investors, venture capital companies especially now should embrace a revenue-first philosophy.

Recent major venture capital (VC) reports from KPMG and PitchBook confirm that AI remains in the lead, accounting for more than half of all investments this year.

Data from CB Insights shows that investors’ attention inside the AI market is shifting rapidly toward industrial humanoid robotics. As a result, investors argue the flood of AI capital is pushing robotics toward a speculative zone, with too many startups promising breakthroughs without commercial evidence. AI-Powered VDR Market Insights: What Analysts Expect by 2026

December 3, 2025 by David Edwards

The virtual data room landscape is shifting quickly, and much of that shift is driven by artificial intelligence. As dealmaking accelerates and scrutiny increases, investors are favouring companies that use structured, AI-enabled workflows.

The global VDR market – valued at roughly $2.4 billion in 2024 – is forecast to exceed $7.7 billion by 2030, according to Grand View Research. With the average cost of a data breach now reaching $4.88 million, organisations cannot afford weak security or slow diligence workflows.

If you manage a data room for investors or regularly participate in high-stakes transactions, the next 12-18 months will bring meaningful changes. This article outlines the market shifts analysts expect by 2026, how AI capabilities reshape investor workflows, and what buyers should look for when selecting the next generation of VDR platforms. Top robotics and automation companies ranked by financial performance in 2025

December 2, 2025 by David Edwards

Robotics is entering a new expansion cycle. Industrial automation demand remains strong, warehouse robotics is scaling quickly, and AI-driven systems – from humanoids to surgical robots – are generating unprecedented investment interest.

Yet for retail investors and institutional buyers alike, the real question is simple: which robotics companies are actually performing well financially?

The challenge is that most of the biggest names in robotics are not publicly traded. Companies such as Figure AI, Agility Robotics and Unitree dominate headlines and attract billions in venture funding, but remain inaccessible to everyday investors. Others, such as Boston Dynamics, are owned by large conglomerates.

Meanwhile, traditional industrial giants – ABB, Siemens, Keyence, Rockwell – continue to deliver strong earnings by supplying the hardware, software and power systems that underpin global automation. [Read more…] about Top robotics and automation companies ranked by financial performance in 2025
