What solutions do retail lockers offer per sector?

May 26, 2026 by Sam Francis

The lockers that many of us are familiar with are pretty low-tech. Essentially consisting of rows of simple boxes or cages that can only be secured with a padlock, it’s tricky to actually use these lockers effectively, especially in retail settings.

There are a number of recent technological innovations that have made to lockers in the retail sector that have resulted in them bring a whole lot more adaptable and, as a result, useful.

Below, we explore a range of different contexts in which these lockers can be of instrumental importance, from click-and-collect services to asset control. [Read more…] about What solutions do retail lockers offer per sector?

Humanoid secures partnership with manufacturing giant Bosch following a successful proof of concept

May 22, 2026 by David Edwards

Humanoid, a UK-based AI and robotics company, has agreed a partnership with manufacturing giant Bosch, marking the transition to scaled production of humanoid robots.

The agreement follows the successful completion of a joint proof of concept (POC) in March 2026, where Humanoid’s platform demonstrated full capability in a complex industrial workflow.

The POC focused on an intralogistics use case: HMND 01 robots autonomously transferred boxes from a conveyor to a trolley in Bosch’s dynamic logistics environment in Bühl, Germany. The POC involved handling 5 different box sizes across multiple footprints, heights and varying weights. Why Semi-Truck Accident Claims Bring Unique Legal Hurdles

May 21, 2026 by Sam Francis

The Bronx sits at the center of some of New York City’s busiest transportation routes, with major highways carrying a constant flow of commercial traffic through densely populated neighborhoods every day.

Delivery trucks, freight carriers, and long-haul semi-trucks move through the borough at all hours, sharing crowded roads with commuters, buses, cyclists, and pedestrians.

When a collision involving a large commercial truck occurs, the aftermath is often far more serious than a standard car accident, leaving victims with severe injuries, mounting medical costs, and uncertainty about how to move forward.
