Geekplus powers live warehouse robotics for immersive, shoppable fashion runway

Geekplus, a provider of warehouse robotics systems, will serve as a sponsor of the world’s first AI-driven, immersive, shoppable catwalk, an interactive retail-technology showcase by THG Studios and British fashion brand Topshop.

The event is presented in collaboration with headline sponsor PayPal and technology partner Google Cloud.

Automaker Chery unveils humanoid robot for showroom presentation work

Chinese automaker Chery has unveiled a new humanoid robot named Mornine, developed by its robotics arm AiMOGA Robotics, to act as an intelligent customer assistant in showrooms and promotional events.

The robot made its debut at the 2025 Chery International User Summit in Wuhu, China, where it performed live demonstrations that included greeting guests, giving product introductions, and explaining vehicle functions.

Brain Corp partners with Driveline to launch ‘first fully managed, robot-powered shelf intelligence service’

Brain Corp, a provider of operating systems and software for robots, has partnered with Driveline, which has more than 15,000 retail outlets across the US, to launch ShelfOptix, a fully managed inventory management service for stores.

Brain Corp says the ShelfOptix service provides “robot-powered shelf intelligence at scale without the cost or complexity of technology ownership”.

Theisen’s introduces inventory robot to local stores

Home, farm and auto products retail store chain Theisen’s has introduced Simbe’s shelf-scanning robot Tally to three of its stores: Theisen’s of Dubuque, IA; Theisen’s of Dyersville, IA; and Theisen’s of Jefferson, Wisconsin.

This marks the retailer’s first phase in adopting cutting-edge technology to deliver an even better experience to customers and associates alike.
