Scribenote launches free AI solution that turns veterinarians’ words into structured notes

June 26, 2025 by Sam Francis

Veterinarians typically spend hours after appointments writing medical records, often working late into the evening to complete documentation. It’s a broken system that contributes to widespread burnout across the profession.

Scribenote, a company with an AI-powered scribe built specifically for veterinarians, is flipping the economics of veterinary software by launching a Free Plan, a move that could fundamentally alter how veterinary clinics across North America operate.

The announcement comes as Scribenote experiences significant growth following its $8.2 million funding round from Andreessen Horowitz in September 2024. The platform turns veterinarians’ words into structured SOAP notes in seconds, eliminating hours of post-appointment documentation. Unchained Robotics raises €8.5 million to make ‘robot operation as simple as using a smartphone’

June 25, 2025 by Sam Francis

German B2B tech company Unchained Robotics has closed an €8.5 million Series A extended funding round, supported by Direttissima Growth Partners, Navivo Capital, Future Industry Ventures, vent.io, and D11Z.

With the fresh capital, the company aims to scale its technology internationally – addressing one of the biggest hurdles in automation: making robots easy to operate through intelligent software.

Automation is often complex, expensive, and difficult to adapt within existing operations. Robots typically need to be programmed manually, often taking weeks before they’re operational. For many smaller companies, this is a major barrier. Unchained Robotics is changing that.
