DSV partners with Exotec to modernise Dutch supply chain operations

DSV, an international transport and logistics company, has entered into a partnership with Exotec, a specialist in warehouse robotics. Exotec has equipped DSV’s logistics centre in Venlo, with its end-to-end Skypod system.

The system is made up of approximately 100 of Exotec’s autonomous cutting-edge Skypod robots, supporting fulfilment operations for various retail brands and managing approximately 90,000 bins and trays.

Geekplus Takes Fifth RBR50 Innovation Award With AI-Powered Picking Station

The warehouse robotics firm’s latest win recognises a zero-shot learning system deployed at a Schneider Electric facility in Shanghai

Beijing-headquartered Geekplus (HKEX: 2590.HK) has won the 2026 RBR50 Innovation Award for its Robot Arm Picking Station, an intelligent system that automates item picking, which is widely regarded as the last major bottleneck in warehouse automation.

The award, presented annually by The Robot Report at the Robotics Summit & Expo, recognises the 50 most innovative companies in global robotics. It is the fifth time Geekplus has appeared on the list, placing it alongside ABB, Amazon, Boston Dynamics and Nvidia among repeat honourees. Warehouse robotics company Exotec opens new global headquarters

Exotec, a specialist in warehouse robotics, has opened its new headquarters in Northern France, at the heart of Europe.

Named “Imaginarium”, the facility reflects Exotec’s commitment to designing, developing and industrialising its technologies in Europe, and will be central to supporting its global growth.

Exotec expands partnership with Renault at warehouse in Germany

Exotec, a provider of warehouse robotics, is equipping Renault Deutschland, the France-headquartered car manufacturer, with its Skypod system to modernize its logistics capabilities at its Brühl site.

Starting in 2026, Renault plans to supply car dealers across Germany with spare parts for its models, using an automated warehouse in the country for the first time.

Following the successful deployment of Renault’s French site in Villeroy last year, the warehouse robotics specialist is now equipping Renault Group in Germany with its Skypod system within their new, 258,000 square foot automated warehouse. Logic Robotics unveils ‘first’ autonomous mobile pallet engineered for multifacility logistics automation

Logic Robotics, a developer of autonomous, data-driven logistics solutions, has unveiled its “Logic Pallet”, describing it as “the world’s first multifacility mobile robot engineered to set a new standard for logistics and material handling across industries”.

Logic Pallet is designed to automate and unify the movement of goods between and within facilities, delivering true end-to-end automation and supporting a fully autonomous, data-driven, and sustainable global supply chain.

Currently in production and made in America, the 48 X 40 Logic Pallet is purpose-built to handle boxed consumer goods and food, redefining industrial transport by replacing traditional pallets and forklifts entirely.
