US Congress debates ‘no robot bosses’ legislation

December 8, 2025 by David Edwards

A bipartisan group of US lawmakers has re-introduced legislation aimed at curbing the use of automated decision-systems in employment, renewing the push for what has become known as the “No Robot Bosses Act.”

The bill would restrict employers from relying primarily or exclusively on automated decision systems (ADS) – including AI tools – when making hiring, promotion, termination or disciplinary decisions. Instead, it mandates meaningful human oversight, disclosure to affected workers, and training for users of the systems.

Although the original Senate version – S.2419 – No Robot Bosses Act introduced in July 2023 – remains stalled in committee. It currently carries “Introduced” status with no further action taken. [Read more…] about US Congress debates ‘no robot bosses’ legislation

Which AI Humanizer Tool Performs Best in 2026

December 4, 2025 by David Edwards

Artificial intelligence now powers an enormous share of digital content creation across engineering firms, robotics companies, manufacturing environments, and automated service operations.

As these systems produce more text, organizations increasingly rely on AI content classifiers to determine whether a document was written by a machine or a person.

In response, a range of rewriting platforms – commonly called AI humanizers – have emerged to help produce more natural, human-sounding language. [Read more…] about Which AI Humanizer Tool Performs Best in 2026

The Digital Shift in Modern Accident Recovery in the United States

December 1, 2025 by David Edwards

There was a time when the aftermath of a collision unfolded in slow, uncertain stages. Victims waited for phone calls, sifted through confusing paperwork, and often had no idea what steps to take first.

Recovery felt like a long hallway of closed doors, with each one revealing new complications: medical bills, missed work, pain that lasted longer than expected, and insurance adjusters who spoke in terms most people didn’t understand.

That old timeline, delayed, fragmented, and disorienting, is quietly disappearing. In its place, a new model has emerged, shaped by digital access and the ability to get support within minutes rather than days. [Read more…] about The Digital Shift in Modern Accident Recovery in the United States
