San José airport introduces AI-powered IntBot humanoid to assist passengers

March 25, 2026 by Sam Francis

As the gateway to Silicon Valley, San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is bringing cutting-edge artificial intelligence directly into the passenger journey.

The Airport has introduced an interactive AI-powered humanoid robot, named “Josie”, from local start-up, IntBot. Designed to greet travelers, answer questions and provide real-time information – Josie will help to turn one of the region’s busiest public spaces into a live testing ground for emerging technology.

Developed by Silicon Valley-based technology company IntBot, the system represents a new generation of physical AI agents that use multimodal intelligence – combining vision, audio and language – to interact naturally with people in busy public environments. Hewlett-Packard expands automation strategy with mobile robots developed with MoviĜo Robotics

March 12, 2026 by David Edwards

HP Indigo has expanded its automation portfolio by introducing automated mobile robots (AMRs) developed in collaboration with Dutch robotics company MoviĜo Robotics.

The announcement was made at the Dscoop Edge Rockies conference in Denver, where HP showcased new automation technologies designed to support its vision of “Nonstop Digital Printing” – a production environment where presses, workflows and material handling operate continuously with minimal manual intervention.

HP Indigo is the digital printing division of HP’s Industrial Print business, supplying presses widely used in commercial printing, labels and packaging. Under the expanded collaboration, HP will sell and support the AMR systems directly, marking the first time the company has incorporated robotic material-handling technology into its own product portfolio. 9 Signs Your HVAC System Needs Attention

February 26, 2026 by David Edwards

HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) provides the indoor environment with the required thermal comfort throughout the year. But just like anything else, they need ongoing nurturance to really work well.

Overlooking precautionary signs may prevent the adverse experience of costly, unanticipated breakdowns. Understanding that something needs attention before it gets uncomfortable and expensive allows us to take action. Here are nine signs that an HVAC system needs immediate attention. Real Estate Marketing Strategies for Agents to Convert Expired Listing Leads into Sales

February 19, 2026 by David Edwards

In real estate, few opportunities are as overlooked yet promising as expired listings. These are properties that once lingered on the market without selling, leaving homeowners frustrated and often disillusioned with the process.

For agents, these listings represent more than missed opportunities – they are potential goldmines if approached with the right strategies.

Converting expired listing leads into actual sales requires a combination of careful research, tailored communication, and strategic marketing. Done correctly, it can transform these cold leads into loyal clients while demonstrating an agent’s expertise and value. A Complete Guide to DevOps-Based Infrastructure Automation + Practical Tips + Top 4 Providers

February 11, 2026 by Sam Francis

Feature comparisons dominate most infrastructure automation partner evaluations. Companies download comparison charts and score providers based on capabilities lists.

However, this approach to evaluating DevOps infrastructure automation services misses the actual problem. Your documented operational failures should drive the decision. A crashed deployment pipeline costs real money every hour it stays broken.

Understanding where your current infrastructure creates bottlenecks matters more than impressive capability lists. Maybe your team spends three days provisioning test environments when competitors spin them up in minutes. From demos to daily transport: How Las Vegas is turning autonomy into real urban infrastructure

February 9, 2026 by Sam Francis

While many cities are still piloting autonomous transport in tightly controlled environments, Las Vegas is moving more aggressively – positioning itself as one of the most visible real-world laboratories for next-generation mobility in the United States.

Across the Strip and beyond, robotaxis, remotely operated vehicles, automated shuttles, and tunnel-based transport systems are shifting autonomy from experimental deployments toward everyday infrastructure capable of moving residents, workers, and tourists.

Taken together, these initiatives suggest a coordinated – if not formally centralized – push toward embedding intelligent transport directly into the city’s operational fabric. If there is a central co-ordinating organization, it’s probably the Clark County Office of Community and Economic Development, Nevada, home of the Las Vegas Strip.
