Fulfyld selects inVia Robotics to automate warehouses

inVia Robotics, a provider of fulfillment automation systems, has been selected by Fulfyld, a third-party logistics company provider specializing in e-commerce fulfillment, to integrate a full warehouse execution system (WES) and autonomous mobile robots solution into its Huntsville, Alabama warehouse.

Built specifically to address the unique challenge of random access to inventory required with eCommerce fulfillment, inVia’s robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) suite integration will be deployed into Fulfyld’s existing facilities while they continue fulfilling orders without disruption to daily operations. Cascade Orthopedic selects inVia Robotics to upgrade distribution center

Cascade Orthopedic Supply has selected inVia Robotics to upgrade its US West Coast distribution center.

inVia’s technology will be deployed to automate picking, replenishment, cycle counting and management of returns through autonomous mobile robots.

Gnarlywood chooses inVia Robotics to optimize fulfillment operations

inVia Robotics, a provider of e-commerce warehouse automation solutions, says that the Gnarlywood Group, a provider of backend merchandising fulfillment solutions for entertainment brands, has selected inVia Logic AI-powered warehouse execution system software to modernize its Carlsbad, California warehouse.

The software will bring immediate picking and replenishment productivity gains that will later be increased with the addition of inVia Picker autonomous mobile robots.

Cargo Cove selects inVia Logic warehouse execution system software to optimize its facility

Cargo Cove has chosen inVia Robotics’ warehouse execution system to accelerate digital transformation in its Jacksonville, Florida facility.

inVia Robotics is a provider of autonomous mobile robots and a AI-driven optimization software, specializing in e-commerce.

Cargo Cove will take advantage of inVia’s phased approach to automation and first deploy the inVia PickMate application to direct workers along the most efficient route through the warehouse to take products from inventory to pack out. inVia Robotics expands into Asia with Kantsu implementation

Kantsu has selected inVia Robotics, a provider of warehouse automation solutions, to supply autonomous mobile robots that automate fulfillment operations in its primary distribution center in Osaka, Japan.

inVia’s modular automation system, which includes a fleet of 200 autonomous mobile robots and AI-driven software, will modernize Kantsu’s e-commerce fulfillment process.

inVia Robotics adds warehouse ‘social distancing features’ to its software

inVia Robotics, a provider of warehouse automation solutions for e-commerce businesses, has added “social distancing features” to its inVia Logic software and inVia PickMate user tool.

inVia says the new features proactively keep workers at a safe distance from each other and also notify both warehouse workers and warehouse management if that distance is breached.

The company adds that this “helps businesses immediately enact safety first measures” as the economy starts to cautiously reopen, and have them in place as we navigate towards a new normal which will most certainly include increased e-commerce ordering. Ecentria Distribution Center installs inVia Robotics to increase e-commerce throughput and accuracy

inVia Robotics, a provider of warehouse automation solutions, says Ecentria has deployed its robotics-as-a-service system to automate order fulfillment in the Ecentria Distribution Center in Aurora, Illinois.

inVia’s integrated automation system, which includes a fleet of autonomous mobile robots and artificial intelligence-driven software, is now live in EDC, the primary distribution center supporting OpticsPlanet, an Ecentria company and a “Top 200 Online Retailer for more than 12 years”.

Wagner Logistics implements inVia Robotics software in its Kansas warehouse

inVia Robotics, a provider of warehouse robotics, has implemented its artificial intelligence-driven automation software in Wagner Logistics’ Edgerton, Kansas warehouse.

inVia’s software includes the newly introduced inVia PickMate tool which it says “increases warehouse workers’ productivity and accuracy” by directing them to the most efficient route through the warehouse to take products from inventory to pack out.

The update includes inVia Connect, which streamlines integration, and the ability to automate replenishment, cycle counting and returns.

50,000 warehouses to use 4 million robots by 2025, says report

More than 4 million commercial robots will be installed in over 50,000 warehouses by 2025, according to a report by ABI Research.

The 50,000 figure represents a massive expansion of the market from the current situation in which an estimated 4,000 warehouses were found to be using robots in 2018.
