Serve Robotics unveils pricing of $40 million public offering and listing on Nasdaq

Serve Robotics, a startup providing autonomous sidewalk delivery robots, has unveiled the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $4.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $40 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

The offering includes the participation of one of Serve’s largest stockholders and strategic partners, Postmates, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uber Technologies.

In addition, Serve has granted Aegis Capital, a 45-day option to purchase up to 1,500,000 additional shares of common stock, equal to 15 percent of the number of shares sold in the offering solely to cover over-allotments, if any. Scrut Automation raises $10 million in growth capital

Governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platform Scrut Automation has raised $10 million in growth capital from existing investors Lightspeed , MassMutual Ventures and Endiya Partners.

The Scrut Automation team will use the funding to enhance their platform capabilities, incorporate generative AI use cases to reduce the manual effort for risk and compliance teams and expand to North American and European markets.
