Emerging Tools Shaping Content Creation in 2026

November 7, 2025 by David Edwards

Digital content has always evolved with technology, but the pace is picking up. Research from the Content Marketing Institute’s 2026 B2B report shows that marketers are looking past hype to tools that truly make a difference.

As we approach 2026, artificial intelligence (AI) and related innovations are changing the way creators come up with ideas, draft, edit, and share material.

Marketers who once relied on separate software for writing, visuals, and analytics now use connected systems that think, plan, and improve alongside them. [Read more…] about Emerging Tools Shaping Content Creation in 2026

Carnegie Mellon engineer reimagines Interstellar’s TARS robot for Moon and Mars exploration

November 7, 2025 by David Edwards

A young roboticist’s late-night experiment has evolved into one of the year’s most original “humanoid” (if it can be called that) concepts – a robot that looks more like a collapsing sculpture than a machine, yet somehow walks, rolls, and balances across multiple terrains.

Aditya Sripada, a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute and a senior robotics engineer at Nimble.ai, has developed TARS3D, a small modular robot inspired by NASA’s fictional assistant from Interstellar.

The project, which he describes as “a desire to reconnect with the simple joy of building robots”, has now earned global recognition, being named a finalist for the Mike Stilman Award at the 24th IEEE RAS Humanoids Conference in Seoul – one of the most prestigious events in humanoid research. F-Prime’s ‘State of Robotics 2025’ report shows record $21 billion investment. But is it another bubble?

November 7, 2025 by David Edwards

Investment in robotics is projected to reach an all-time high of $21 billion this year, according to F-Prime Capital’s latest State of Robotics 2025 report – a jump fuelled by generative AI, defense spending, and merger-and-acquisition activity.

The report, which tracks venture funding, valuations, and exits across the global robotics sector, highlights a 150 percent increase in funding for so-called “general purpose robotics” – a category covering humanoids and AI-driven machines – rising from $2 billion in 2024 to $5 billion this year.

Defense robotics now accounts for 63 percent of total investment, helped by multi-billion-dollar deals such as Blue Halo’s $4.1 billion acquisition. [Read more…] about F-Prime’s ‘State of Robotics 2025’ report shows record $21 billion investment. But is it another bubble?

Interview with Schneider Electric’s digital leader Peter Weckesser: ‘AI is the brain’

November 7, 2025 by David Edwards

Schneider Electric is best known as a global leader in power systems and energy management – the company that keeps the world’s infrastructure running.

Less visible, but increasingly vital to its strategy, is a growing digital and software-driven business focused on automation, IoT, and AI. At the centre of that transformation is Peter Weckesser, Schneider Electric’s chief digital officer.

Weckesser doesn’t see technologies such as AI, IoT, and digital twins as disruptive forces, but as “strategic enablers of resilience, efficiency, and competitive growth”. [Read more…] about Interview with Schneider Electric’s digital leader Peter Weckesser: ‘AI is the brain’
