Desperate Chinese manufacturers are resorting to “street vendor” tactics in order to survive amid the economic devastation caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

In the past, street vendors were targeted by the police and Communist government and shut down wherever they were found, even if they were licensed.

Omron launches suite of traceability products to extend automation portfolio

Omron Automation Americas is releasing an array of new traceability products developed within the Omron Microscan Business.

The Hawk MV-4000, MicroHawk ID-45 and HS-360X are now featured products within the company’s complete automation portfolio.

Arm and Samsung Foundry say they are “pushing the possibilities” of semiconductor manufacturing with industry’s first embedded magnetoresistive random-access memory compiler and new physical IP offerings on advanced process nodes including 7nm and 5nm.
