XGSynBot unveils dual-arm mobile robot at CES showcase in Las Vegas

January 28, 2026 by Sam Francis

XGSynBot demonstrated an AI-powered dual-arm mobile robot during a private showcase held alongside CES in Las Vegas. Although the company appears to be avoiding the word “humanoid”, it does look like a humanoid.

The wheeled, dual-arm robot was developed by China-based XGSynBot (Suzhou) Intelligence Technology, which described it as “an AI-powered dual arm robot designed for industrial and commercial use”.

The company added that XGSynBot was designed for “cross-scenario use across industries including warehousing and logistics, 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, clinical experiments, scientific research and education”. Dexterity and Kawaski partner to produce ‘world’s first intelligent robot arm’

May 19, 2025 by Sam Francis

Dexterity, a specialist in physical AI and robotics, has agreed a strategic partnership with Kawasaki Heavy Industries, one of the world’s largest robotic arm manufacturing companies, to produce high-performance robot arms for Dexterity’s hardware platform: the Mech.

The Mech is a roving, two-armed robot designed from the ground up to embody Physical AI in industrial applications. And it is being described by the companies as “the world’s first intelligent robot arm designed for warehouse applications”.

Its roving base enables it to go where large enterprises need heavy lifting of a wide range of goods, and its lightweight but powerful, dual arm design enables it to pick and pack goods at the speed of operations – and beyond. Dexterity launches dual-armed ‘superhumanoid’ robot

April 12, 2025 by Mark Allinson

Dexterity, a developer of robotics and physical AI, has launched what it describes as the world’s first “industrial superhumanoid” robot.

Named Mech, the new platform is designed to tackle strenuous and repetitive tasks in logistics and manufacturing environments – tasks traditionally handled by human workers.

Equipped with two powerful robotic arms mounted on a mobile base, Mech is built to autonomously navigate through warehouse aisles or industrial sites and perform physically demanding operations such as truck loading, palletizing, depalletizing, and order picking.
