Vention, a provider of an automation platform and hardware ecosystem, has announced the expansion of its conveyor ecosystem, delivering a fully integrated solution for material handling across assembly lines, warehouse logistics, and end-of-line packaging applications.
Vention’s conveyor ecosystem is part of its broader platform approach to industrial automation, where design, ordering, deployment, and operation are unified within a single environment.
By combining modular hardware with integrated control and intuitive software, Vention enables manufacturers to deploy and scale material handling systems with less engineering effort, lower integration risk, and reduced reliance on specialized expertise for setup and adjustments, driving greater operational consistency across sites.
The expanded offering includes modular roller conveyors (O-Ring and Poly-V), Vention-designed conveyor motors, and a complete suite of add-ons, all powered by Vention’s MachineMotion AI controller and programmed through its intuitive software environment.
A new standard for conveyor deployment
Traditional conveyor systems often require multiple vendors, custom integration, and complex programming. Vention’s approach unifies conveyors, motion control, and software into a single platform.
With pre-assembled modules and plug-and-play components, Vention conveyors can be installed and commissioned in days.
Software-defined material handling
At the core of the system is MachineMotion AI, which controls conveyors, motors, and sensors through a single interface. Using MachineLogic or the Vention Conveyor App, teams can configure zones, manage product flow, and adapt system behavior internally without relying on complex PLC programming or external specialists.
This software-first approach allows manufacturers to easily sequence and control product flow, including zero-pressure accumulation, modify layouts and workflows without re-engineering, and standardize operations across multiple lines and facilities.
Connected by design through built-in LTE connectivity on MachineMotion AI, the solution can extend beyond the factory floor with instant access to Remote Support, connecting manufacturers to Vention automation experts in under 10 minutes, while RemoteView and MachineAnalytics deliver real-time operational visibility to maximize uptime and resolve issues faster.
Built for end-of-line packaging and beyond
Vention conveyors are designed to integrate seamlessly into broader automation systems, including case packing, sortation, and palletizing workflows.
Typical applications include product infeed and transfer between packaging equipment, accumulation and staging prior to palletizing, and sorting and routing in warehouse and fulfillment environments.
As part of Vention’s modular ecosystem, conveyors can be easily expanded, reconfigured, or connected with robotics and other automation components – enabling manufacturers to scale systems over time without starting from scratch.
Integrated motors and simplified architecture
Vention’s conveyor motors are purpose-built for seamless integration, connecting directly to MachineMotion AI and supporting up to 20 motors per controller.
Built-in sensor connectivity reduces wiring and eliminates the need for separate I/O modules, while EtherCAT communication ensures fast, synchronized control across the system.
This architecture minimizes hardware complexity while improving system performance and reliability.
