From Manual Tracking to Intelligent Monitoring: Modernizing Warehouse Oversight

December 19, 2025 by David Edwards

Warehouses have not always looked the same. A few years ago, many still relied on paper logs, walkie-talkies, and human memory for tracking inventory and activity. As long as volumes were stable, this rough system, though imperfect, got the job done.

Today, things are different. With rising sales, tighter deadlines, and more complex operations, those same warehouses often find themselves caught off guard when delays, stock mismatches, or bottlenecks appear. It becomes difficult to know what is happening on the floor until a problem is already visible, sometimes too late to avoid disruption.

That is why many operators are moving from manual tracking to real-time monitoring. Instead of waiting until the end of a shift to review what happened, they now rely on live signals that show stock movement, equipment status, and workflow progress as work unfolds. Preparing Your SUV for Off-Roading: Essential Modifications Guide

December 19, 2025 by David Edwards

Lots of modern SUVs have impressive capabilities like – AWD systems, hill descent control, terrain modes, all the electronic wizardry you could want, but after taking one off the road, you soon realize that most of those features are only impressive on paper. In reality, you want your crossover or SUV to be prepared for beating, and that’s a whole different story.

Take that stock vehicle onto a real trail with rocks, mud, or steep inclines and you’ll quickly discover its limitations. Factory all-season tires spin uselessly in mud, stock ground clearance leaves much to be desired, and that plastic skid plate protecting your oil pan is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. One good trail ride can cost you thousands in repairs or leave you waiting hours for someone to tow you out.

Luckily the aftermarket industry has lots of vehicle-specific options to prepare your rig for off-roading. Whether you need rock sliders for a 3rd gen 4Runner, Outback lift kit or a steel Chevy Trailblazer off road bumper, there are dozens of options to choose from. Although it doesn’t mean you need to invest thousands in your build, if you just want to get out there and explore local trails. Why successful automation depends on strong change-management leadership

December 19, 2025 by David Edwards

Automation rarely fails because the tools are weak. Sometimes, it stumbles because people are left behind. As companies roll out smarter software, robots, and data systems, the real test is not technical skill but leadership. It comes down to who explains the change, who listens when doubts surface, and who takes responsibility when fear shows up.

New automation tools now shape everything from scheduling to forecasting, touching jobs that once felt safely human. That change can feel unsettling. Will this make my work easier, or make me irrelevant? Without clear leadership, those questions turn into quiet resistance. Employees keep old habits alive, new systems go unused, and promised gains fade fast.

Strong change-management leadership reshapes the story. In simple terms, it’s how leaders guide people through new ways of working, not just how fast new systems are installed. They answer the questions employees are already asking, sometimes silently. Will my role be different? Will I still matter? What happens if I struggle with the new system? Addressing those concerns early prevents fear from filling the gaps. [Read more…] about Why successful automation depends on strong change-management leadership

How Automation is Revolutionizing Back-Office Operations in Enterprises

December 19, 2025 by David Edwards

For years, back-office work has quietly kept enterprises running. Processing invoices, managing documents, updating systems, reconciling numbers. It’s essential, but it’s rarely efficient. Much of it still relies on manual steps, duplicated effort, and workarounds that only exist because “that’s how it’s always been done.”

That’s changing fast.

Automation isn’t just about saving money or replacing clerical work. Enterprises use it to reduce risk, speed up operations, scale without adding headcount, and free teams to focus on work that requires human judgment. It’s already transforming finance, procurement, document handling, and daily admin tasks. [Read more…] about How Automation is Revolutionizing Back-Office Operations in Enterprises

G&J Pepsi expands Cyngn autonomous tugger deployment across distribution network

December 17, 2025 by David Edwards

Cyngn says that G&J Pepsi has signed a new purchase order for a multi-vehicle expansion of its DriveMod Tugger program. The order represents a continuation of G&J Pepsi’s shift toward scaled autonomy across its distribution network.

This next phase of deployment is notable because G&J Pepsi has not yet finalized which facilities will receive the vehicles. The decision to move forward ahead of site selection reflects the consistency of DriveMod’s performance and its applicability across a range of workflows.

“Customers increasingly view autonomy as a strategic capability rather than a point solution tied to a single use case,” said Lior Tal, Cyngn’s CEO. [Read more…] about G&J Pepsi expands Cyngn autonomous tugger deployment across distribution network
