Nordic logistics company Nowaste Logistics has become the first company in the world to install an AutoCase from AutoStore at one of its warehouses. The innovative solution, launched in autumn 2025, has been supplied and installed by Swisslog.
Patrik Johnfors, head of solution design and implementation at Nowaste Logistics, says: “AutoCase is a solution that is as simple as it is ingenious. It eliminates time-consuming manual work and increases efficiency, speed, and storage density in one of our highly automated warehouses.”
The warehouse handles large volumes of apparel arriving from Asia in cartons. On arrival, these cartons need to be buffer stored before being decanted and picked within the facility’s AutoStore system.
