NūMove Robotics & Vision continues to play a strategic role in mixed palletizing, with more than 20 semi-automatic systems successfully deployed across the United States.
Since its first implementation in 2021, the solution has been steadily adopted by leading wholesale alcoholic beverage distributors. Today, 22 units are fully operational across nine states, with several facilities choosing to install multiple units to maximize throughput and flexibility.
Designed to address the growing demand for efficient order preparation, NūMove’s Semi-Automatic Mixed Load Palletizer combines automation and human collaboration in a highly optimized and scalable solution.
The system automates pallet handling and load wrapping while one or two operators perform mixed palletizing tasks in an ergonomic working environment, enabling throughputs of up to 1,000 products per hour.
The solution is delivered either directly to end customers by NūMove Robotics & Vision or in close collaboration with its integration partner, DMW&H. Most implementations have been carried out jointly as part of large-scale automation projects.
“The palletizer solutions have delivered strong value to our customers by increasing throughput compared to traditional manual palletizing stations while also improving ergonomics for workers,” said Robert Lampone, vice president of project delivery at DMW&H.
“These improvements contribute to greater overall productivity and operational efficiency.
“Working with NūMove has been a collaborative and positive experience from an operational perspective. Their team is highly responsive when technical service is needed, addressing issues quickly to help maximize machine uptime and keep customer operations running efficiently.”
