The Syncora Limited Approach to 24/7 User Support: Why Always-On Service is a Growth Strategy, Not Just a Cost

April 23, 2026 by David Edwards

Support is almost universally treated as a cost center. It sits in the budget as a necessary expense – something to be managed efficiently and kept as lean as possible without visibly breaking the customer experience.

Syncora’s view is that this framing is the first and most consequential mistake a growing business can make about its support function.

When support is designed and operated well, it does not just resolve problems. It builds trust, reduces churn, generates product insight, and creates the kind of reliability that turns first-time users into long-term advocates. San José airport introduces AI-powered IntBot humanoid to assist passengers

March 25, 2026 by Sam Francis

As the gateway to Silicon Valley, San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is bringing cutting-edge artificial intelligence directly into the passenger journey.

The Airport has introduced an interactive AI-powered humanoid robot, named “Josie”, from local start-up, IntBot. Designed to greet travelers, answer questions and provide real-time information – Josie will help to turn one of the region’s busiest public spaces into a live testing ground for emerging technology.

Developed by Silicon Valley-based technology company IntBot, the system represents a new generation of physical AI agents that use multimodal intelligence – combining vision, audio and language – to interact naturally with people in busy public environments. Building AI Agents That Respect Context: Lessons from Scaling Human-Like Support Across 10,000 Tickets

August 7, 2025 by Mai Tao

In the race to deploy AI-powered customer support, many vendors tout their bots as “context-aware”. But what does that really mean when the rubber meets the road in live support interactions?

The term often gets reduced to remembering the last message or maintaining a conversational tone. Yet, when scaling support across 10,000+ tickets, we learned that context isn’t a feature toggle, it is a design discipline.

One telling moment came when our team realized that the AI wasn’t failing because it lacked intelligence – it was failing because it kept forgetting. [Read more…] about Building AI Agents That Respect Context: Lessons from Scaling Human-Like Support Across 10,000 Tickets
