All3 raises $25 million in Seed funding to ‘triple productivity’ in the construction industry through robotics and AI

May 15, 2026 by David Edwards

All3, a European company developing a heavy-duty robotic platform for construction, has announced a $25 million seed funding round.

The round is led by RTP Global with significant participation from SuperSeed, and additional investment from Begin Capital, s16vc and VNV Global.

All3 has re-engineered every step of construction into one end-to-end process through three integrated technologies: All3 Mantis, an autonomous legged robot for on-site assembly, along with AI-powered design software and robotic factories that produce custom components.

This new model enables cost savings of up to 30 percent, timeline reductions of up to 50 percent, and up to 25 percent less embodied carbon compared to traditional construction methods – without any limitations on form, function, or appearance.

Building construction is a $6.7 trillion global industry where productivity has barely improved in 50 years, increasing dependency on manual labour and driving costs higher.

Prefabrication systems haven’t scaled in urban environments because they’re technologically locked into standardised designs – unsuitable for the dense, irregular sites where cities need housing.

By contrast, All3’s integrated, fully automated approach restores productivity to construction without any design limitations.

The company’s unique approach has already been validated by early market demand. All3 has already processed over 100,000 square meters of residential projects through its AI-powered design software, forming the basis for a substantial and fast-growing construction pipeline across Germany for 2026-2027.

The team will use the funding primarily to advance R&D in London and Belgrade and deploy a fleet of robots across its first commercial projects on active construction sites in Germany – the company’s initial launch market, which faces an acute shortage of approximately 700,000 homes.

Rodion Shishkov, CEO and co-founder of All3, says: “We started All3 to develop robotics and AI solutions that can be deployed to fix construction’s existential problems.

“This Seed round validates that we’re positioned to solve a problem historically considered impossible. Construction is the largest global sector yet to experience a productivity revolution – representing a trillion-dollar opportunity.

“With this funding, we’ll scale deployment of our technology with one clear mission: to solve the housing crisis once and for all. Access to quality housing is a fundamental human need, and we’re building the technology to make it a reality for everyone.”

Jelmer de Jong, partner at RTP Global and newly appointed All3 board member, says: “There’s huge potential for technology to improve efficiencies and project delivery in the construction sector. All3 brings the engineering depth and strategic focus to meaningfully drive this long-overdue market shift.

“Rodion and the team’s success in pairing cutting-edge robotics and physical AI with a working model is proven by their encouraging early demand. We can’t wait to see the first building break ground this year.”

Mads Jensen, managing partner at SuperSeed, says: “Construction is a $6.7 trillion industry still waiting for its productivity revolution.

“The team has the engineering depth, the technology platform, and the commercial traction to deliver it. We backed All3 because Europe needs its own physical AI champions, and this exceptional team is building one.”
