We’re probably not supposed to talk about this because you already know, so let’s get hypothetical. Mind-reading is, hypothetically speaking, the single most important technology in the world today, in our opinion, and no one in any position of political or mainstream authority really wants to say whether it exists and in what form, and certainly not say how it’s being used.
Those who have it, whether they are military personnel or civilian individuals, have pretty much an unassailable advantage over their adversaries or other people around them – provided no one else has the same or similar technology.
