42Q, a provider of cloud manufacturing solutions, has released its Rapid IIoT Cloud Solution.

The company says the new solution “easily connects production equipment such as PLCs, SCADA servers, IIoT devices, smart sensors and more to 42Q’s cloud manufacturing platform”.

WinSystems launches Intel E3900-based single board computer with flexible edge computing for industrial IoT

WinSystems, a provider of embedded computer solutions used in industrial and other rugged high-performance applications, has introduced its small-footprint SBC35-C427 single board computer.

The company says the “innovative design” is based on the latest Intel Atom E3900 series processor.

Lantronix launches its first embedded Ethernet gateway XPort Edge

Lantronix has launched the XPort Edge, the company’s first embedded Ethernet gateway, as part of its XPort range.

The xPico 250 embedded wireless gateway, and the new Lantronix Gateway Central device management software-as-a-service offering is powered by Lantronix’s MACH10 industrial internet of things platform.

Perrone Robotics granted new patent for modular autonomy platform

Perrone Robotics says its new patent grant headlines recent company advancements, including a ground-breaking machine learning research collaboration, research and development on diverse hardware platforms

Perrone Robotics, a developer of autonomy and robotics, says it has made a number of advances toward the commercial development and deployment of its modular autonomy and robotics software platform, led by a new patent directed to autonomous car applications.

The company says its MAX robotics platform enables companies at “any stage to quickly design and build a broad range of robotic products and applications”.

ADL Embedded Solutions launches new system

ADL Embedded Solutions has developed the ADL120N, one of two new products that the company debuted at Embedded World 2018 at the end of last month.

The ADL120N is a high-performance, compact 120mm x 120mm single board computer based on 6th Generation Intel Core, Xeon, and Celeron processors.

Rockwell releases new version of Studio 5000 software

Rockwell Automation has released the latest version of its Studio 5000 software, claiming it optimizes productivity and reduces design time.

Rockwell says the latest release includes a modern user interface and productivity-enhancing features across all applications.

Rockwell launches new software for human machine interfaces

Rockwell Automation has updated its HMI software to “equip industrial workers with better information to run and maintain their systems”, according to the company.

New features in the FactoryTalk View software version 10.0 include greater access to information, new mobile device support and better cross-software integration to improve productivity.
