Truck loading and unloading robot maker Slip Robotics raises $28 million financing

Slip Robotics, a startup providing automated truck-loading robots-as-a-service, has raised a $28 million Series B financing led by DCVC, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm specializing in deep tech.

The investment reflects Slip’s rapid growth with industry-leading customers – including John Deere, GE Appliances, Valeo, and Nissan – who are using SlipBots to load and unload any truck in just 5 minutes.

Slip Robotics is tackling one of the supply chain’s universal inefficiencies: truck loading and unloading. Neura Robotics secures €120 million in funding to commercialize humanoids

Neura Robotics, a cognitive robotics pioneer and thought to be “the only humanoid robotics company in Germany”, has raised €120 million in a Series B funding round.

This substantial investment underscores Neura Robotics’ key role in cognitive robotics, showing how it is uniquely positioned to lead the European robotics industry and become a major force in the global robotics landscape, alongside strong players in the US and China.

Deus Robotics secures $3 million investment to enable robot interoperability for warehouses

Deus Robotics, a provider of warehouse robotic automation, has closed a $3 million seed funding round led by U.Ventures, with participation from 1991 Ventures, SID Venture Partners, Sigma Software Labs, and SD Capital.

The company offers an end-to-end robotic automation solution consisting of a unique AI platform that enables seamless integration, management, and optimization of robots from any manufacturer, and an advanced fleet of AI-enhanced robots from a variety of manufacturers to meet the majority of warehouse automation needs.

Outrider raises another $62 million to drive growth of yard automation

Outrider, a developer of autonomous yard operations for logistics hubs, has raised $62 million in an oversubscribed Series D financing round.

The round was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), with additional investments from 8VC, ARK Invest, B37 Ventures, FM Capital, Interwoven Ventures, NVentures (Nvidia’s venture capital arm), and Prologis Ventures.

Formic raises $27.4 million to ‘bring automation to more manufacturers’

Formic, a provider of Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) automation for US manufacturers, has raised another $27.4 million in Series A financing led by Blackhorn Ventures with participation from Mitsubishi HC Capital America, NEC, Translink Capital, Alumni Ventures, FJ Labs, Lux Capital, Initialized Capital and Lorimer Ventures.

This new funding brings the total Series A round to more than $52 million since January 2022.

Neura Robotics secures $16 million from InterAlpen Partners

Neura Robotics, an emerging AI and robotics startup based in Germany, has closed a $16 million investment round with American private equity firm InterAlpen Partners.

This comes less than three months after the German company closed a $55 million funding round with leading European investors, garnering recognition from the New York Stock Exchange. InterAlpen’s investment in Neura will bolster its growth and expansion into the US market.

Serve Robotics raises $30 million financing to scale robotic delivery

Serve Robotics, a developer of autonomous sidewalk delivery robots, has raised another $30 million in financing, bringing the company’s total funds raised to over $56 million.

Concurrent with the raise of new capital and conversion of existing convertible notes, Serve also completed a reverse merger with Patricia Acquisition, a public Delaware corporation, whereby Serve became a wholly owned subsidiary of Patricia.
