MassRobotics has announced that it will host RoboBoston 2026, its ninth annual Robot Block Party, on September 26, alongside a Robotics & AI Technical Career Fair on September 25, as the organization opens sponsorship opportunities for this year’s event.
The free public event will take place at Boston’s Seaport and is expected to feature more than 50 robotics companies, universities and student teams.
Visitors will be able to explore interactive exhibits, robotics demonstrations, drone flying and hands-on activities showcasing the latest developments in robotics and artificial intelligence.
The day’s schedule includes a Sidewalk Robot Parade at 10:45 am, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:00 am and the Robot Block Party, which will run until 4:00 pm.
MassRobotics said RoboBoston aims to highlight the region’s robotics ecosystem by bringing together industry, academia and student teams. Exhibitors will include robotics startups and established companies demonstrating new technologies, while universities will present research projects and students will showcase competition robots.
The organization has also opened sponsorship opportunities for RoboBoston 2026, inviting companies to support the event while promoting robotics, physical AI, STEM education and innovation.
Joyce Sidopoulos, chief of operations and co-founder at MassRobotics, said: “Sponsoring RoboBoston gives organizations the opportunity to be part of something much bigger than an event.
“It’s a chance to champion robotics innovation, support STEM education, and connect your brand with one of the world’s most dynamic robotics communities.”
According to MassRobotics, sponsors will receive visibility through event marketing, social media and media outreach, while engaging with attendees that include students, educators, robotics companies, investors, executives, government officials and families.
Ahead of RoboBoston, MassRobotics will also hold its Robotics & AI Technical Career Fair on September 25 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Seaport venue.
The career fair is designed to connect robotics and AI employers with technical talent, including robotics engineers, software developers, AI and machine learning specialists, computer vision engineers, mechatronics professionals and recent graduates.
MassRobotics said previous editions of the event have attracted dozens of hiring companies and more than 800 job seekers. Participation is complimentary for MassRobotics resident companies and RoboBoston sponsors.
