Outrider equips autonomous trucks with deep-learning driven robotic arms

December 23, 2022 by Mark Allinson Leave a Comment

Outrider, the startup developing autonomous yard operations for logistics hubs, has releaseed TrailerConnect – a patented technology that robotically attaches the needed brake and electric lines from yard trucks to any of the over 10 million trailers and chassis circulating globally.

A deep-learning based technology, TrailerConnect is now available as part of the Outrider System, which automates distribution yards for large, logistics-dependent enterprises.

In distribution yards around the globe, yard trucks transition semi-trailers from dock doors to parking spots to public roads. To move these trailers, truck drivers connect pressurized brake lines to semi-trailers to release the parking brake and move the trailers around the yard – a hazardous manual task that requires the driver to get in and out of the cab constantly. How to Protect Your Business From Hacking

December 23, 2022 by Mark Allinson Leave a Comment

In this internet age, no business is unhackable. Hackers are growing at a fast pace, even as technology advances. Most of these hackers could hack into any system, and their activities can hardly be contained if measures haven’t been implemented to prevent their attacks.

You could leverage the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture and use cloud delivery solutions to prevent hackers from gaining access to your corporate system. Find out more on SASE here: https://nordlayer.com/learn/sase/what-is-sase/.

Hackers are constantly trying to exploit weak spots in websites, applications, and emails, and they build on them until they grow stronger. If we eliminate easy-to-hack spots from our websites and apps, then that will frustrate their efforts, and they will have to look elsewhere. This article will give you an edge in avoiding and preventing hackers by protecting your system. [Read more…] about How to Protect Your Business From Hacking
