Is it Possible to Use Process Automation to Promote Instagram?

Process automation is all about automating a process to make it much simpler. This takes some of the burdens to completion off of your hands but works effectively.

When it comes to social media and platforms like Instagram, it’s hard to know just what will work or won’t.

Will this process promote your IG account, or is it going to be a complete waste of your time? The answer is that it depends.

If done correctly, the process really might be helpful. In fact, Instagram even has an automation tool themselves, so they are clearly open to some automated processes.

What is Process Automation?

This term is fairly self-explanatory. The concept is the ability to automate a process for a business. The goal is to find the use of technology to help improve a process and make it more expedient while still being efficient.

When the process is done right, it will transform a business. Not only should automating a process help with time, but it could potentially reduce costs, make a process run more smoothly, and work towards achieving business goals. You might even be able to provide better service to your customers.

Process Automation and Instagram

When it comes to process automation, you will find out that there are many different categories. The idea for one business might be very different from another business.

In this guide, we’re focusing on process automation for social media, specifically Instagram. So how does that work?

Schedulers

Another great way to automate your IG processes is to use a scheduling tool. This allows you to plan content days, weeks, and even months in advance. Obviously, there are times that posting to a story or posting real-time stuff can’t just be scheduled.

However, you would be amazed at how easy using a scheduling tool would be for the planned content. This is a great way to make sure you always have content at the ready, and then you can come up with your fillers along the way.

Depending on the scheduling tool that you decide to use, you might be able to use a lot of different benefits that are helpful too.

Here are some things specific to Instagram that can be helpful:

  • Hashtag as the first comment
  • Integrating a link to your bio or link tree for a specific post
  • Smart time scheduling
  • Analytics

The basics for Instagram are to make sure you have hashtags. Many people have started placing these in the comments rather than the post.

Of course, you also want to be able to point people to your link. On IG, you can’t do this in a post so having the ability to link to your bio without a bunch of added steps is helpful.

Scheduling tools let you get the basics of your post established, and then it posts the stated time and date you chose. They also generally provide performance analytics to help you out.

Organic Likes and Followers

Getting likes on your Instagram account is very important. It’s the likes that lead to more followers, being seen, and organically growing your IG and potentially your business. This is how you engage and promote.

This is the organic growth of your business. It can be really hard to gather likes and followers and finally get yourself heard and seen. However, this is yet another process that could be automated.

There are process automation sites that allow you to buy likes and followers. They do this for other platforms too. Ultimately, you review their packages and select what works for you and then make the purchase. They deliver the likes, and you’re growing thanks to them.

Now, it’s important to be very careful if you decide to use this method. There are risks involved. You need to be very sure that you are using a trustworthy company.

You want to make sure that the likes you receive are from real and active accounts. No bots and no inactive or deceased accounts!
