Comau will take part in Automatica 2018 in Munich, Germany, 19-22 June, by presenting a new robotics solutions, a product in the field of wearable technologies along with its comprehensive approach to the digital factory.
The key concept will be Humanufacturing – people and robots working safely in close proximity, and ‘intelligent’ industrial machines that interact within a networked production system.
At the stand, visitors will be offered a real “Humanufacturing Tech” experience during which they can learn about and experience some of the most advanced technologies that Comau has designed for the factory 4.0.
These technologies range from innovations in the field of wearable technologies to generative design capable of making production more efficient, up to virtual applications of digital twins, which use advanced software for collecting, analyzing and processing data in order to optimize industrial processes.
Comau will also present its partnership with partner companies to develop innovative solutions in the field of Robotics, and e.DO, a small, modular articulated open-source robot for the educational and consumer field, as well as for light industry applications.
Tobias Daniel, Head of Global Sales and Marketing, Comau Robotics and Automation Products said: “Automatica is an international reference event for the world of industrial and service robotics.
“The 2018 edition is a very interesting showcase for Comau due to its focus on digital transformation, a dedicated sector of manufacturing production, and more generally, for the presentation of topics of great interest to our business.”
