Toborlife AI launches full-body teleoperation system for Unitree G1 humanoid robot

Toborlife AI, developer of the Tobor Harness control system and the official US partner of Unitree Robotics, has announced its full-body teleoperation software for the Unitree G1 Edu humanoid.

The release gives US research labs, universities, and developers the first data collection, training, and support stack for the G1 built and supported domestically.

Siemens and its partner company Xsens have developed a new technique which makes “lab quality motion capture a reality in the workplace”.

The companies they achieved this through “a deeper integration, improved anthropometric avatar matching, and significantly improved tracking accuracy”, which further empowers enhanced ergonomics analysis outside of the lab.
