Pudu Robotics expands global operations with new US headquarters in California and East Coast fulfillment center

March 28, 2025 by David Edwards

Pudu Robotics, a global leader in commercial service robotics, is strengthening its presence in North America with its new US headquarters in Santa Clara, California, and a new fulfillment center in Hamilton, New Jersey.

This expansion reinforces Pudu’s long-term commitment to the Americas, enabling faster deliveries, localized service, and more support for businesses looking for affordable solutions that increase productivity and enrich customer experiences.

Pudu Robotics is expanding to meet rising demand in hospitality, retail, e-commerce, food and beverage, logistics, healthcare, transportation, and education.

With an initial team of over 30 professionals and a service network of 300+ local distributors and providers, the company is set to provide faster deployment and localized assistance.

The new Santa Clara headquarters functions as a customer demonstration and personnel training center, giving businesses hands-on exposure to Pudu’s robotic solutions in real-world scenarios.

It also plays a key role in logistics coordination alongside its fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California, making tailored automation available to businesses based on their specific needs.

Located in New Jersey, the fulfillment center strengthens distribution on the East Coast, allowing for quicker deliveries across the Northeast, Midwest, and Canada.

With this facility and Pudu Robotics’ exisiting West Coast fulfillment center, North American businesses can expect reduced wait times, smoother supply chain management, and easier access to Pudu’s latest robotic technologies.

Raymond Pan, general manager of the Americas and Australia, Pudu Robotics, says: This expansion enables us to be closer to the customer and deliver faster, more reliable service across the Americas.

“By establishing a fulfillment center on the East Coast, we’re ensuring quicker delivery times and localized support. At the same time, our Santa Clara headquarters will drive innovation and strengthen our partnerships in the region.”

As robotics gains momentum across the Americas, Pudu Robotics, which has robotics in 60 countries and regions, is well-positioned to drive the digital transformation of key industries and help businesses modernize operations.

North America’s automation market is projected to surpass $40.62 billion by 2030 and businesses across industries are rapidly adopting smart automation to address labor shortages and organizational inefficiencies, and enrich customer experiences.

This expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to reducing costs, increasing productivity, and enhancing customer experiences. By growing its footprint and strengthening partnerships, Pudu Robotics continues to lead in automation innovation.

Felix Zhang, founder and CEO, Pudu Robotics, says: With the robotics market quickly advancing across North and South America, Pudu Robotics is thrilled to expand our presence and provide tailored solutions that help businesses cut costs, boost productivity, and elevate customer experiences.

“Our new headquarters in Santa Clara and fulfillment Center in New Jersey will enable us to collaborate closely with local talent and partners to deliver automation solutions for businesses across the Americas and solidify our position as a premier automation leader in the region.”
