eInfochips, a product engineering services firm, had signed an agreement to fully transfer and merge its business with Arrow Electronics.

Arrow Electronics is a technology design, manufacturing support, and supply chain services company.

Hyundai partners with Aurora to develop autonomous vehicles

Hyundai Motor and Aurora, a developer of autonomous vehicle technology, have formed a strategic partnership with the aim of bringing self-driving Hyundai vehicles to market by 2021.

This partnership will incorporate Aurora’s self-driving technology into Hyundai vehicles starting with models custom-developed and launched in test programs and pilot cities.

STMicroelectronics and USound to launch ultra-small speakers at CES

STMicroelectronics, a semiconductor company, and USound, an audio wearables company, are launching the first silicon micro-speakers resulting from their technology collaboration announced last year. 

Engineering samples are now with lead customers, and trade demonstrations will take place during CES 2018, in Las Vegas. (Main picture shows previously launched technology – not the new product.)

The University of Puerto Rico, UPR-Bayamón, has received prestigious accreditations in its technological programs. 

The University of Puerto Rico in Bayamón, five technological programs of the institution were re-accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET.
