Metalworking event Expomafe Brazil begins accreditation

Expomafe has started accreditation for professional visitors.

The only major trade show of the year for the metalworking sector in Brazil, with more than 750 national and international brands, a 25 percent larger area than the 2017 edition and support from more than 60 sector entities from Brazil and abroad.

The event will present the most modern and innovative in the segments of machine tools and industrial automation. 

Suppliers, engineers, technicians, executives and coordinators, product and process specialists, suppliers of all segments of the metalworking industry, logistics technicians, machinery and equipment manufacturers and other professionals in the engineering, industrial, maintenance, production, quality and manufactures can already guarantee their presence at EXPOMAFE 2019 – Brazil International Machine Tool and Industrial Automation Trade Show, the only major trade show of the metal-mechanic sector in Brazil, from May 7 to 11, at São Paulo Expo.

Accreditation for groups, caravan, instructors, and students from technical education institutions and universities will be available soon.

With a confirmed presence of more than 750 Brazilian and international brands, three foreign Pavilions (Germany, United States and China) and individual stands of companies from seven countries (Germany, Austria, United States, Switzerland, China, Argentina and Japan) support of more than 60 industry entities from Brazil and abroad, and an area of 55 thousand sqm (25 percent more than in the inaugural edition in 2017), EXPOMAFE 2019 consolidated itself as the largest and most important event in Latin America for business generation, launches and innovation of the sectors it represents.

Visitors will be able to get to know the news in first hand and update their manufacturing facilities with the latest in accessories (devices and components), integrated quality control in manufacturing and metering, industrial automation, robotics and integration of manufacturing cells, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, valves, pumps and compressors, handling and storage equipment, manual and cutting tools, machinery and equipment for the metalworking sector, machine tools, welding and cutting, additive manufacture, prototyping and 3D printers.

An initiative of ABIMAQ – The Brazilian Machinery and Equipment Builders’ Association and Informa Exhibitions, EXPOMAFE 2019 expects to receive 55,000 professional visitors from Brazil and 30 other countries.

Innovation is highlighted in this second edition of EXPOMAFE. Along with the innovations presented by the exhibiting companies to continue providing the industry with greater productivity and competitiveness, innovation will be present in high-level technical programming, in events such as the Thematic Stand, Ideas Park, Seminars and Lectures.

ABIMAQ – The Brazilian Machinery and Equipment Builders’ Association represents about 7,500 companies from the most varied manufacturing segments of mechanical capital goods, whose performance has a direct impact on the other national productive sectors and is structured on a national level with the head office in São Paulo, nine regional offices and a Political Office in Brasilia.

Further beyond the institutional representation of the sector, ABIMAQ has its professionalized management and its activities directed toward the generation of commercial opportunities for its associates, performing actions along with political and economic instances, stimulating international trade and cooperation and contributing towards improving its performance in terms of technology, qualification of human resources and managerial modernization.
