Canvass Analytics to use AI to improve Olam’s food supply chain

Canvass Analytics has signed an agreement with Olam International, a leading global agri-business operating in 66 countries, to utilize artificial intelligence as part of its strategy to find innovative and new ways of meeting the world’s rapidly growing demand for food, feed, fibre and fuel.

Olam is one of the world’s largest agri-businesses, serving more than 22,000 customers worldwide. Its heritage lies in the origination and traditional supply chain management, sourcing agricultural ingredients and raw materials in the food and beverage, textile, wood, rubber and related industries.
